Others Regret and Folly
Impinge upon me
While I look
In all the right places
For support.

Transient figurines
Glance and snicker
Pointed fingers
Gnarly now
From years
Of bitterness and jealousy.

Such an invitation
Firmly refused.

Strident steps
As I open their curtains
Blackness retreats and hides
Loathsome stares
As sunshine and light
Empower and replenish.

For Love
Is never-ending.

Thank you, sir! Yes, the blackness will retreat,it has to! This poem has acted like a window opened to bring sunshine to dispel my gloom! Thank you very much!
